Unfortunately, our lab does not accept any type of paper documents or notes. Per our lab's policy, any extra paperwork included with your frames will be properly discarded. I was specifically told to write a note to sent with my order in the box, and now it’s literally a been like 2 months and I haven’t gotten my prescription. Poor customer service and second time using this company. Flawless first time. Absolutely awful the second. Should be the same training and information for every person.
