In making you brand new custom lenses for your specs, the lens production process involves removing existing lenses from your frames. By sending us your frames with existing lenses in them, you acknowledge that Lensabl is not liable for any damage done to the existing lenses. There are instances where your original lenses may break during the replacement process, and by sending us your frames with existing lenses, you acknowledge the risk that your lenses may get damaged and may not be returned to you.
If I send in my frames with demo/old lenses, will I get them back?

This is seriously unprofessional. Every service I have used in the past has had no issue removing existing lenses without damage and returning them to me as a customer, and if they were to damage existing lenses would at least cover the cost to replace them.
