Order Changes and Cancellations

Modifying an Order:

At Lensabl, we prioritize efficient order processing to minimize your waiting time. However, this expedited process may limit our ability to guarantee order modifications. Nevertheless, we are committed to accommodating your requests to the best of our abilities. To make changes to your order, please send an email to help@lensabl.com with the subject line "Change My Order."

Please note that modifications can only be made before the order has started lens production.

 

Canceling an Order:

We understand that circumstances may change, leading you to consider canceling an order. To clarify our cancellation policy, please review the details below:

Lens Replacement-

  • If you chose the "print own label" option and have not yet shipped your frames to our lab, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If you opted for a box provided by Lensabl and the box has been shipped, but you still wish to cancel before sending in your frames, a cancellation fee of $10 applies for standard shipping (USPS) and $20 for expedited shipping (UPS).
  • Should you decide to cancel your order after your frames have reached our lab, but before they enter lens production or if the frame you sent is deemed "unrxable / not eligible for lens replacement," a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Once the lenses have been placed into production, canceling the order for a refund is no longer possible. This is due to the lenses being custom-made specifically for your prescription and frame, rendering them unsuitable for reuse.

Everyday Eyewear-

  • For lenses in production, Non-prescription and single-vision polycarbonate clear lenses can be canceled for a full refund.
  • Single-vision 1.67 clear, poly/1.67 sun-tinted, transitions, blue light blocking, and progressive lenses incur a 25% cancellation fee if canceled while in production.

Frame Shop/Brand Partners-

  • If lenses are already in production, it is possible to cancel the order. However, please note that only the amount paid for the frame will be refunded, as the lenses are custom-made specifically for your prescription and frame, rendering them non-reusable.
  • For orders consisting solely of frames (purchased with the original manufacturers lens (non-RX) without custom ordered lenses), a full refund is available if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped and you wish to cancel, please wait to receive the order and then contact support@lensabl.com for return instructions.
