You have 90 days from the date you placed your order to provide all required details, such as your prescription (RX) and pupillary distance (PD). This 90-day policy also applies if our lab technicians need to make changes to your order that require your approval, and we don’t hear back from you. If we don’t receive the necessary information within this timeframe, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
