Assuming we have all of the required prescription information needed to start making your lenses (RX and PD, OCH/SH, approval for 'Risky' if applicable), lens production is 7-10 business days on average*.
All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped to you. If there are any imperfections whatsoever, we may re-make your lenses until they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. We do not guarantee a date of completion until the lenses have passed final quality check and a shipping label has been printed.
Once the package is scanned for shipment by the mail carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
*Please note:
- All sun-tinted Match Solid or Gradient may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
- All Sun Polarized Mirrored Lenses and Transitions XrtrActive Mirrored Lenses can take up to an additional 3 weeks beyond our standard production time.
- Strong prescriptions and sports/wrap frames may require slightly longer processing times.
Please be aware that the lens manufacturing process consists of multiple stages. During production, the tracking information will only be updated once the lenses have progressed to the AR station and then to the final inspection.
