How long do I have to send in my frame for lens replacement service?

You have 90 days from the date you placed your order to send in your frames for our lens replacement service. If we don’t receive your frames within this timeframe, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued via original payment method.

To help ensure your order is processed promptly, we’ll send you weekly email reminders until your frames are on their way to us.
