If my vision has changed, will I qualify for a prescription renewal?

Our online eye exam is a prescription renewal exam ONLY. If your your vision has changed or you did not qualify based off of the answers provided during the questionnaire, you will not be dispensed a prescription renewal. 

We would recommend visiting your eye doctor to get a new eye exam. And of course, if we can't issue you an extension on your Rx, we would refund your eye exam order.
