What is your Frame Shop return policy? (Non Everyday Eyewear frames)

This is our Brand Partner Frame Shop (Ray-ban, Oakley, Bose, Snap, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Rheos, etc) Return/Exchange/Remake Policy:



Branded Frames (excluding Everyday Eyewear) may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days from receipt of purchase. Frame must be in brand new/working condition for return to be approved. If a return is approved, you will be refunded the amount of the frame only. The lenses are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded. Lensabl does not cover return shipping on Frame Shop returns.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your frames for a different frame size or style, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the frame back to Lensabl plus the cost of a new set of lenses (we will provide a 25% discount from the MSRP of the new lenses). To begin an exchange, please contact us (support@lensabl.com) and request an RMA # and return address.

For all questions/return inquiries, please contact us and include your order number.


If you believe your lenses were made incorrectly based on the lens and prescription specifications you provided to Lensabl, we will happily bring your lenses back in and inspect them. If we are at fault, we will remake your lenses correctly at no charge. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us of any concerns. After 30 days, the lenses are final sale.
