To check for updates on your order status, simply log into your customer account, navigate to the "my orders" tab, and click on the "view" option for the order that is in process
After accessing the order details, please scroll down to find the order tracker. It will be located further down the page, allowing you to conveniently track the progress of your order
Please be aware that the lens manufacturing process consists of multiple stages. During production, the tracking information will only be updated once the lenses have progressed to the AR station and then to the final inspection. If it has been more than 6 business days since your lenses entered production and you would like to inquire about the status of your order, please feel free to reach out to support@lensabl.com for further assistance.
